A Monday in the Hospitial

Posted by: linkerjpatrick In: family

Tomorrow my wife and I will be spending a good part of the day at the hospital. Last week we learned her father has a brain tumor.  Most of her immediate family have come in from various parts of the country including Pensacola, FL, Illinois, Washington State and other places closer by. If their is grain of good news it’s that the tumor is in a spot that is fairly easy to operate and a good recovery is possible but needless to say the next few weeks will be interesting and challenging. This is also a good example of a post that may not have been the best fit for my business blog. I may not be blogging a lot tomorrow but will see if I can get some Twitter tweets out via my iPhone as we learn about the progress of the surgery.

  • Galley: Great story, Patrick. Thanks for sharing it. I'm sorry to hear about Heather's father. May God be with you.
  • linkerjpatrick: Thanks so much Cali. The last surgery went very well and we saw him today, he was eating well and said it felt like they got more out this time! Very
  • Cali Lewis: You're the second blog I've read tonight who are dealing with tumors. My thoughts are with your wife's dad! Thank you for watching the show! Cal
